Assistant – Global Merchandising, AE Men’s

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing commercially viable global assortments for AE Men's in collaboration with design and production teams
• Manage seasonal sell-in tools and communication templates in NuOrder, ensuring accuracy in imagery, costing, and retail pricing
• Coordinate sample management for go-to-market readiness, PR, and seasonal needs
• Analyze sales performance and product data to identify opportunities for future development strategies
• Prepare tools and templates to communicate international product strategies and roadmaps to cross-functional teams
• Support the manager in adjusting product development timelines and calendars to meet international business requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent field
• Prior experience in buying, merchandising, or product development
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically intermediate Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs)
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Keen sense of fashion trends and the AE customer profile
