About the role
Responsibilities
- Process purchase requests (DA) for Site Management (fleet, maintenance, furniture, etc.) and HR (temporary staff, recruitment, etc.)
- Create reliable reporting for all purchase requests and order tracking using Excel
- Manage and resolve invoice disputes
- Perform system receptions following requester validation
- Act as a liaison for requesters to alert them of delays, blocks, or anomalies in the purchase process
Requirements
- Familiarity with accounting principles and purchase request management
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and internet tools
- High level of rigor, dynamism, and efficiency
- Strong ability to synthesize information and adapt to different tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous similar experience in a purchasing or administrative role
- Proficiency with purchasing management software such as SAP
