About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer complaints and update tracking tools
  • Analyze requests against applicable warranties
  • Validate coverage in coordination with the After-Sales Manager
  • Draft information letters and emails for customers
  • Organize on-site appointments with the After-Sales Manager
  • Manage Perfect Completion Guarantee reserves until file archiving
  • Issue service orders to contractors and plan interventions
  • Follow up with contractors and manage substitute companies
  • Handle administrative follow-up until customer sign-off is obtained
  • Manage purchase orders for substitute companies

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a BAC +2/3, BTS PIM, BTS NDRC, or Bachelor's degree in real estate
  • Autonomous and organized
  • Curious and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
