About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer complaints and update tracking tools
- Analyze requests against applicable warranties
- Validate coverage in coordination with the After-Sales Manager
- Draft information letters and emails for customers
- Organize on-site appointments with the After-Sales Manager
- Manage Perfect Completion Guarantee reserves until file archiving
- Issue service orders to contractors and plan interventions
- Follow up with contractors and manage substitute companies
- Handle administrative follow-up until customer sign-off is obtained
- Manage purchase orders for substitute companies
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a BAC +2/3, BTS PIM, BTS NDRC, or Bachelor's degree in real estate
- Autonomous and organized
- Curious and proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
