About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and physical reception
  • Act as an interlocutor for tenants and landlords
  • Process routine management correspondence (tenants, owners, suppliers, caretakers)
  • Handle leave requests
  • Define new rent prices and inform landlords
  • Follow up on rental relocation and commercialization
  • Define and monitor repairs for private areas
  • Review candidate tenant files
  • Monitor lease renewals
  • Assist in drafting and preparing lease signings, amendments, and renewals
  • Organize move-ins and move-outs (scheduling inspections, technical diagnostics, etc.)
  • Monitor move-out inspections and security deposit refunds
  • Support pre-litigation in collaboration with accounting
  • Monitor insurance claims and property sales files
  • Manage filing and archiving

Requirements

  • Holder of a Bac+3 degree or in the 1st year of a BTS in Real Estate
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong team spirit
