About the role

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the management of a rental and co-ownership portfolio
  • Handle administrative tasks including filing, archiving, and correspondence
  • Process phone calls and qualify requests for interventions or quotes
  • Assist managers with pre-litigation follow-up and tenant lease terminations
  • Support the sector manager in claims management
  • Consolidate client relationships by welcoming clients at the agency
  • Maintain the reception area and agency storefront
  • Prepare reporting elements and record all events in the IT tool

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or 1st year of BTS in Real Estate
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Strong team spirit
