Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to exceed daily sales goals and ensure an inclusive customer experience
• Educate customers and staff on brand values including ethical buying and animal testing positions
• Provide informed product recommendations based on deep product knowledge
• Support the management team in recruitment, staff development, and performance management
• Maintain operational excellence regarding store opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage staff scheduling and attendance to ensure optimal coverage and payroll accuracy

Requirements

• 1-3 years of management or supervisory experience in retail
• Excellent listening, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven customer service and sales expertise
• Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consultation-based customer service models
• Ability to coach and develop staff through positive feedback
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
• Basic HR skills including hiring and performance management
• Fluency in French or Spanish
