About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with tenant communication, bookkeeping, reporting, and office administration
  • Schedule and coordinate desk clerk coverage and maintain monthly schedules
  • Provide regular front desk and relief coverage as needed
  • Approve site expenses, support payroll, and resolve emergent issues
  • Track occupancy, process invoices, and support leasing, move-ins, and move-outs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or property support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to support emergencies or on-call needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Salesforce experience
