About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with tenant communication, bookkeeping, reporting, and office administration
- Schedule and coordinate desk clerk coverage and maintain monthly schedules
- Provide regular front desk and relief coverage as needed
- Approve site expenses, support payroll, and resolve emergent issues
- Track occupancy, process invoices, and support leasing, move-ins, and move-outs
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or property support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to support emergencies or on-call needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish
- Salesforce experience
