Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, including labor expense, inventory control, and guest service standards
• Assist the General Manager in developing strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Supervise and support food and beverage personnel through hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and engagement
• Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the culinary team and brand partners to ensure seamless service and concept alignment
• Manage employee relations and human resources agendas within the framework of the collective bargaining agreement (CBA)

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of restaurant management experience
• High-volume fine dining experience preferred
• Knowledge of golf operations, golf rules, and etiquette is required
• Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control
• Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in a second language is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required professional licensing and work cards
