Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all daily store operations and leadership duties.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team of associates.
• Drive sales results and KPIs through effective customer engagement and business acumen.
• Manage controllable P&L components to achieve financial and expense targets.
• Oversee visual merchandising execution and maintain brand standards for store presentation.
• Supervise operational procedures including shipment processing, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Manage store scheduling and payroll to meet business needs.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail or equivalent management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in training, sales generation, and leading functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
• Computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
