Assistant General Manager - Tours

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in supervising all tour and retail supervisory staff
• Coordinate and schedule staff members to ensure operational coverage
• Assist with receiving inventory, training employees, and managing store opening/closing procedures
• Process new hire paperwork and state work permits in coordination with Human Resources
• Help develop operational policies, standard operating procedures, and job descriptions
• Foster an environment that ensures consistent guest satisfaction and resolve customer complaints
• Build strong relationships with the local community, businesses, and officials
• Maintain professional communication with all levels of management and staff

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-service management experience
• At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, and tours
• Two-year college degree or equivalent professional experience
• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and general computer operations
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
