Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a critical leadership partner and "co-pilot" to the General Manager
• Drive business initiatives and oversee day-to-day store operations
• Develop and maintain staff selling and service skills to ensure an extraordinary customer experience
• Build and manage a world-class talent team
• Oversee the development of clientele relationships and set clear performance goals
• Hold team members accountable to high standards of excellence

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree (business or fashion-related discipline is a plus)
• 3-5 years of Management Experience
• Proven track record of success in a retail or leadership environment
