Assistant General Manager - TG PM

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle for Turbo Generator projects, from order receipt to final cash collection and warranty closure.
• Lead project initiation, including conducting Kick-off Meetings and establishing baselines for scope, schedule, and cost.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage procurement activities, including long-lead item identification, vendor coordination, and supply-chain risk mitigation.
• Execute project controls, including cost management, risk analysis, and change-order management.
• Serve as the primary technical and commercial interface for customers during project execution, testing (FATs), and inspections.
• Oversee manufacturing progress, packing, dispatch, and shipping documentation compliance.

Requirements

• BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• More than 15 years of professional experience in Project Management.
• Deep product know-how regarding Turbo Generators and rotating electrical machineries.
• Strong technical competence in basic electrical engineering and rotating machines.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to travel moderately (average 5 to 10 days per month).
