Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to enable happiness and loyalty with every interaction
• Provide leadership and direction to hourly employees to achieve high standards in operations and service
• Build relationships and foster a positive, motivating environment
• Ensure financial success by driving sales and controlling costs
• Oversee HR duties including hiring, training, and coaching hourly employees
• Use data to make business decisions that optimize restaurant health

Requirements

• 2+ years high-volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience
• High-energy with a sense of urgency
• Polished and professional presentation
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Detail-oriented with high standards for service and organization
• Guest-focused and hospitable mindset
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
