Requirements
- 2+ years high-volume, upscale casual restaurant management experience
- High-energy with a sense of urgency
- Polished and professional presentation
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Detail-oriented with high standards for service and organization
- Guest-focused and hospitable mindset
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
