About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring across all organizational verticals
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline using job portals, walk-ins, advertisements, and employee referrals
- Write job descriptions and develop strategic recruitment plans
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job duties and requirements
- Manage external recruitment vendors
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers to Heads of Departments
- Lead and manage a team of 10-15 recruiters focused on middle and senior-level hiring
Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources
- 13 to 20 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing large recruitment teams
