About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring across all organizational verticals
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline using job portals, walk-ins, advertisements, and employee referrals
  • Write job descriptions and develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job duties and requirements
  • Manage external recruitment vendors
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment trackers to Heads of Departments
  • Lead and manage a team of 10-15 recruiters focused on middle and senior-level hiring

Requirements

  • MBA in Human Resources
  • 13 to 20 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing large recruitment teams
