Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue performance and sales execution through customer interactions and team coaching
• Lead and manage service advisors and technicians to ensure accountability and productivity
• Monitor sales performance, margin management, and cost controls
• Manage end-to-end team performance including hiring, training, and coaching
• Improve operational efficiency and customer throughput
• Engage directly with customers to build trust and resolve concerns
• Use operational metrics and technology to track performance and ensure consistency

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams in a customer-facing environment
• Strong sales leadership and coaching skills
• Experience managing employee performance and corrective actions
• Strong customer communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces
• Ability to stand/walk for majority of workday and drive manual transmission vehicles

Benefits

• Base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 plus annual bonus
