Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and oversee trainer development for new restaurant openings
• Manage new restaurant setup, organization, and ensure accurate completion
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and operational excellence
• Execute shift management and perform performance standard observation walks
• Support strategy planning and execution across all areas of restaurant operations
• Train hourly restaurant managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders while deployed

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
• Valid driver’s license
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and cost management
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with new restaurant openings (NRO)
