Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Support new restaurant openings (NRO) by providing oversight of the training team and supporting their development
• Train hourly restaurant managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders while deployed
• Lead new restaurant setup, organization, and ensure full and accurate completion
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, standards, and safety protocols
• Execute shift management and perform restaurant performance standard observation walks
• Support strategy planning and execution in all areas of operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
