Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and oversee trainer development during new restaurant openings
• Support the development of hourly managers and Assistant Restaurant Leaders while deployed
• Manage new restaurant setup, organization, and operational deployment
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety standards, and operational excellence
• Perform restaurant performance observation walks and implement corrective actions
• Support strategic planning and execution across all areas of restaurant operations

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed for training and deployment
• Advanced knowledge of labor laws, staffing, scheduling, and cost management
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with new restaurant openings (NRO)
