Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Maximize gross gaming revenue and EBITDA through exceptional leadership and oversight of daily casino and hotel operations.
• Assist in developing and executing strategies to improve financial results, guest satisfaction, and human capital efficiencies.
• Oversee the annual operating budget and capital expenditures to ensure profitability and return on investment.
• Manage and hold the leadership team accountable for implementing brand initiatives and operational excellence.
• Ensure operational compliance with Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards (TMICS), State/Tribal compacts, and all regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of marketing programs and public relations policies to build brand awareness.
• Direct and monitor daily operations through organizational directors, ensuring the protection of company assets.
• Act as an interim General Manager when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 6-10 years of senior gaming management experience.
• Proven experience in casino properties with at least 750 machines.
• Extensive knowledge of Class III gaming operations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license in accordance with LTBB Gaming Regulatory Commission regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports and make strategic operational decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching and developing candidates into organizational leadership positions.
• Experience working within a multi-cultural setting or with Tribal gaming operations.
