Responsibilities

• Drive the EBITDA of the SkyLife Lounge and SkyCafe outlets
• Develop Duty Supervisors and Team Members to deliver industry-leading standards
• Manage resources including recruitment, training, deployment, and holiday planning
• Collaborate with the Head of Food & Beverage and Head of Commercial Optimisation to implement improvements
• Support the 'One Team' culture and assist in other business areas as required
• Work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays

Requirements

• Experience managing a high-volume hospitality environment
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Minimum Food Safety Level 2 certification
• In-depth knowledge of food safety, licensing laws, allergen legislation, and HACCP principles
