Responsibilities
- Drive the EBITDA of the SkyLife Lounge and SkyCafe outlets
- Develop Duty Supervisors and Team Members to deliver industry-leading standards
- Manage resources including recruitment, training, deployment, and holiday planning
- Collaborate with the Head of Food & Beverage and Head of Commercial Optimisation to implement improvements
- Support the 'One Team' culture and assist in other business areas as required
- Work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays
Requirements
- Experience managing a high-volume hospitality environment
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Minimum Food Safety Level 2 certification
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, licensing laws, allergen legislation, and HACCP principles
