Assistant General Manager, Licensed Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and coach the Hair Color Bar team on a daily basis
• Achieve monthly sales, business goals, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Manage employee schedules and labor budgets based on forecasts
• Deliver a delightful client experience and resolve service issues
• Actively work in all positions including Colorist and Associate Colorist
• Support recruitment and networking efforts to identify new team members
• Maintain organization and standards for retail and sales displays
• Manage company assets including inventory, iPads, and security equipment
• Utilize company systems to manage service capacity and digital waitlists

Requirements

• 1+ years of operational management experience
• 2+ years of experience in a service-oriented business
• Valid Cosmetology/Hairdressing license (or required hours completed)
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer skills and POS system experience
