Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of Member Experience Managers to provide exceptional member experiences
• Account manage membership contract renewals and drive ongoing commitments
• Build a culture of excellence through coaching, performance management, and hiring
• Serve as the face of the business by engaging in sales, negotiations, and resolving member relations issues
• Assist the General Manager in launching new locations, including hiring and marketing execution
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score, Revenue, and Profit
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements across all unit operations
• Provide on-the-ground coverage for team members as needed

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in multi-site operations management (hospitality, F&B, retail, or coworking)
• Strong P&L and financial management skills
• Proven people management and coaching skills in a multi-site environment
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Experience driving local marketing and sales initiatives
• Excellent communication skills for handling difficult conversations
• Willingness to travel to various locations as needed
