Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee dispensary operations to ensure compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations
• Motivate team members to execute programs, initiatives, and in-store promotions
• Oversee quality product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
• Maintain cash management, handling protocols, and daily reconciliation
• Coach and motivate team members to deliver positive customer experiences and meet loyalty goals
• Build and retain a high-performing team through effective onboarding, training, and development
• Execute hourly scheduling to align with business needs and team availability

Requirements

• At least three years of managing teams in a retail setting
• Experience with POS business operations
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Ability to move inventory weighing up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Cannabis industry experience
• Inventory control experience
