Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain healthy vendor relationships for service, delivery, and office materials
• Complete invoice review and maintenance
• Procure items needed for daily facility operations
• Maintain DOT compliance records
• Conduct weekly inventory audits for parts and assets
• Implement and maintain safety policies and conduct weekly safety meetings
• Assist General Manager in ensuring maximum branch performance and efficient execution
• Review monthly profit and loss statements to understand business trends
• Monitor metrics including equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure employees are properly trained on all equipment and manage training records
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with legal regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growing company environment
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of rental industry experience
• Previous experience in a management role
