About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to drive sales initiatives and meet targets
- Focus on selling club memberships, fitness services, products, and programs
- Oversee membership billing processes and monitor the sales pipeline
- Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures to staff members
- Supervise facility maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement safety protocols
- Address member concerns and resolve issues to ensure high-quality customer service
- Engage with members in a friendly and approachable manner
Requirements
- 2 years of customer service experience
- 3-4 years of sales experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to lift more than 40 lbs and move about club floors
- Ability to operate company computer systems
