About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs
- Drive sales for assigned categories and partner with the Store Manager on sell-through
- Coach and provide real-time feedback to the team to ensure the Burberry Experience
- Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service standards
- Drive partnership between sales, specialists, stock, and operations teams
- Develop and retain talent through performance reviews and development plans
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including security and POS
- Drive the in-store digital experience using digital resources
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to handle complex customer service issues and complaints
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
- Ability to maintain professional dialogue with clients and staff
