About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in driving category performance and supervising the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experiences and sales goal attainment.
- Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve KPIs through real-time performance coaching.
- Manage customer flow to ensure high service standards and that no client is left unattended.
- Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations teams.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and managing POS procedures.
- Drive the in-store digital experience using available digital tools and resources.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
- Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
- Ability to handle complex customer service issues, including complaints, returns, and after-sales care.
- Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
- Ability to maintain a fluent and professional dialogue with both clients and staff.
