Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in driving profitability, maximizing sales growth, and maintaining cost controls.
• Lead, coach, and mentor staff to foster professional development and a culture of excellence.
• Ensure high operational standards and the successful execution of company initiatives and protocols.
• Maintain a guest-first mentality by leading by example and reinforcing hospitality values.
• Oversee operational systems including POS, scheduling, and reservation platforms.
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoice processing, and heavy traffic planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven experience in people leadership and team development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for the duration of a full shift.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
