About the Company

Park Distillery is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. We are the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park, offering campfire-inspired cuisine and award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all areas of the venue and make quick operational decisions
• Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize food, beverage, supply, and labor costs
• Complete financial, reporting, and payroll administrative duties accurately and on time
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and local laws
• Maintain professional restaurant image, including uniform and appearance standards
• Deliver the brand promise and ensure outstanding guest service
• Lead by example with a strong floor presence during shifts
• Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning meetings

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
• ProServe certification
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Proficiency with various restaurant technologies and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative working style and team focus
• Ability to work professionally and diplomatically in a fast-paced environment
