Responsibilities
- Lead the reception team as a role model to ensure an impeccable guest experience
- Act as the face of the hotel for guests while managing budgets and stocks
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and the daily smooth operation of the front office
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest billing
- Plan schedules and manage workflow effectively
