About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the front office team and lead by example
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level
- Manage budgets and inventory
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth department operations
- Support staff scheduling and workflow management
Requirements
- Experience in driving guest satisfaction and handling complaints
- Proven leadership abilities in supervising and motivating front desk staff
- Knowledge of front desk operations including check-in/out, reservations, and billing
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience in staff training and development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
