Responsibilities

• Manage reception and luggage service teams while respecting labor laws and scheduling
• Participate in recruitment and team management
• Organize tasks and delegate effectively to teams
• Assist in training staff on the Opera system
• Monitor daily reservation status and respond to emails
• Oversee pending payments (tour operators/direct clients) and verify reservations 30 days in advance
• Manage VIP arrivals and monitor client requirements via Cardex
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures alongside receptionists
• Handle direct reservations and follow up on booking options
• Optimize occupancy rates and manage stationery purchases and inventories

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar high-standing establishment
• Proficiency in English (a second language is a plus)
• Mastery of Opera PMS is a plus
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example
• Highly organized, autonomous, and discreet
• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
