About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager in the daily management and organization of the Reception service
- Guarantee personalized welcome and excellent customer experience following Barrière standards
- Supervise, support, and lead Front Office teams to foster skill development
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service continuity in the absence of the Front Office Manager
- Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure a smooth and high-quality guest experience
- Participate in activity monitoring, performance optimization, and continuous service quality improvement
- Manage sensitive customer situations and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2 seasons of experience in a similar role (reception / front office management)
- Proficiency in operational English is required
- Strong customer service sense, natural leadership, and hands-on approach
- Proficiency in hotel PMS (Opéra, Végas, etc.)
