Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate the reception team to provide impeccable service
- Implement and uphold Ibis brand standards and codes
- Train, support, and guide team members on a daily basis
- Coordinate operations with various hotel departments
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee and enforce administrative reception procedures
Requirements
- Minimum Bac/Bac+2 level of education
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a management role
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proficiency with Opera software is a plus
- Strong initiative and ability to motivate a team
