Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the reception team to provide impeccable service

  • Train, support, and guide team members on a daily basis
  • Coordinate operations with various hotel departments
  • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee and enforce administrative reception procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac/Bac+2 level of education
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a management role
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Proficiency with Opera software is a plus
  • Strong initiative and ability to motivate a team
