Assistant FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L and Gross Margin analysis for Pernod Ricard China, focusing on A&P OPEX, SG&A, and CAPEX budget processes
• Prepare month-end closing reports comparing actuals against rolling forecasts and previous years to identify risks and opportunities
• Plan and drive the quarterly rolling forecast cycles
• Enhance forecast accuracy and strengthen expense and CAPEX management through continuous process improvement
• Drive efficiency in financial analysis by developing and utilizing dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, automation, and timely availability
• Identify and capture internal control issues within A&P spending, OPEX, and CAPEX to standardize processes
• Lead simplification initiatives and projects in coordination with the cluster finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in financial control, management reporting, or business analysis, preferably in an international environment
• Advanced technical skills in Excel, ERP systems, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest complex information and identify trends
• Ability to multitask and balance speed with accuracy
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
