Assistant Football Coach - Running Backs

Responsibilities

• Teach and demonstrate techniques, tactics, and strategies to help running backs improve and reach their full potential
• Develop and implement individualized training programs for athletes based on their abilities and goals
• Help identify, evaluate, recruit, and retain a roster of eligible student-athletes
• Assist in organizing practices, competitions, and scouting opponents
• Support administrative duties including budget management, travel coordination, and academic report supervision
• Provide constructive feedback and support to help athletes develop their skills and performance
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support the overall mission and values of Bethel College

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Previous High School or Club equivalent coaching experience (College level preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
