About the role
Responsibilities
- Coach running backs and assist with Core 4 special teams
- Serve as Video Coordinator, including maintaining and upgrading video equipment
- Film and edit all practices and games
- Perform opponent and self-scout cut-ups in coordination with Graduate Assistants
- Manage video exchanges with opponents and handle video needs for all team functions
- Act as Social Media Coordinator for the program
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to successfully impart football knowledge
- Proven recruiting skills to identify and attract student-athletes
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to travel extensively for recruiting and games
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience at the college level
- Previous playing experience at the college level
- Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing a budget
