About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coach running backs and assist with Core 4 special teams
  • Serve as Video Coordinator, including maintaining and upgrading video equipment
  • Film and edit all practices and games
  • Perform opponent and self-scout cut-ups in coordination with Graduate Assistants
  • Manage video exchanges with opponents and handle video needs for all team functions
  • Act as Social Media Coordinator for the program

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to successfully impart football knowledge
  • Proven recruiting skills to identify and attract student-athletes
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel extensively for recruiting and games
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous coaching experience at the college level
  • Previous playing experience at the college level
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience managing a budget
