About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the food program, including food preparation and merchandising
  • Delegate tasks to coworkers and motivate the team to meet daily goals
  • Train coworkers on food service standards and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality customer service
  • Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe store environment

Requirements

  • 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food prep
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily 2nd shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
  • Ability to work some weekends and holidays
  • Strong people skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
