About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the food program, including food preparation and merchandising
- Delegate tasks to coworkers and motivate the team to meet daily goals
- Train coworkers on food service standards and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe store environment
Requirements
- 6 months of food experience, including customer service and food prep
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week), primarily 2nd shift
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for 8-10 hours per day
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Strong people skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
