About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high-level guest service
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries
  • Deliver food & beverage initiatives and achieve hotel targets
  • Manage the F&B team and foster a culture of growth and performance
  • Manage departmental budget, including cost and inventory control
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Implement programmes to advance service standards and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food & beverage service
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality
  • Ability to provide creative solutions and recommendations
  • Proficiency in using various IT systems
