Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities

• Control food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery in line with management principles.
• Monitor departmental performance, set targets, and communicate decisions to subordinate employees.
• Manage all business functions of the F&B Department, including sales, cost analysis, and service standards.
• Oversee recruitment, training programs, performance management, and disciplinary actions for the department.
• Conduct promotional activities to increase sales and organize banquet events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality management, and environmental protection standards.
• Maintain departmental equipment and manage relationships with service and product suppliers.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and waste reduction protocols to support sustainability goals.

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, laws, and departmental procedures.
• Proven ability to manage large units and lead diverse teams.
