About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure total guest satisfaction and provide the highest level of food and beverage service
- Lead and develop the Front of House team through training, coaching, and mentorship
- Oversee day-to-day operational functions and maintain service standards
- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and BOH team to ensure menu accuracy and execution
- Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and revenue growth
- Manage inventory for china, glass, and silver, and oversee operational supplies
- Act as a Micros Champion, maintaining the system and troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Support the F&B Director with financial reporting, forecasting, and administrative tasks
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in high-volume, high-quality restaurant operations
- Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Advanced knowledge of the food and beverage industry
- Proficiency with Windows-based computers, Microsoft Office, and industry-standard software
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college education preferred
