Assistant Fleet Manager/Aviation Maintenance Advisor

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Army National Guard’s Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Groups and Depot repair systems.
• Lead the integration of the MV-75 platform into the Army National Guard, including comprehensive maintenance planning.
• Provide analysis and expertise on ARNG aviation maintenance, systems, programs, and life cycle sustainment support.
• Act as a liaison with U.S. Army Aviation and Army Defense Logistical Agencies.
• Participate in the Army MV-75 Integrated Operational Planning Team (IOPT) and coordinate with key stakeholders including PM FLRAA, USMC, and BELL/TEXTRON.
• Deliver executive summaries and integration deliverables to the Chief of the Sustainment Branch.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in aviation maintenance management.
• Rated Military Aviator, Engineer, or civilian equivalent.
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience working in or with the National Guard.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive Army Aviation Maintenance experience.
• Experience serving as a State, CAB, or TASMG Aviation Maintenance Officer.
• Rated Army Aviator.
• Graduate of Maintenance Test Pilot or Experimental Test Pilot Courses.
