About the role
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising Personal Trainers
- Managing the payroll process for personal trainers
- Achieving monthly sales targets for personal training agreements and revenue generation
- Conducting personalized welcome workouts for new members
- Providing constructive feedback to personal trainers on performance
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving member concerns
- Supervising facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Requirements
- Valid Personal Training certification
- CPR certification (required within 30 days of hire)
- 2 years of management experience
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- 1 year of sales experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to lift more than 40 lbs
- Ability to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Personal Training sales experience
- Prior experience in the fitness industry
- Excellent MS Office skills
