About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the Accounting Office
- Perform financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital, and cash control
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
- Report directly to the Financial Controller
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from a reputable university (Min. GPA 3.0)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position
- Experience working with a reputable public accounting firm
- Hands-on knowledge of hotel accounting systems such as Sun System or Material Control
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulation and experience with tax reporting and audits
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
