Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide deep financial analysis regarding revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow to deliver actionable insights.
• Support decision-making through the development of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including annual budgets, long-term plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actual performance and budgets to provide explanations and recommendations.
• Evaluate business performance by identifying key drivers, KPIs, and potential financial risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment between finance and business units.
• Drive continuous process optimization and support the enhancement of financial and business tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business support role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Power BI, Hyperion, and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA, CIMA, or CMA.
