Assistant Finance Manager/Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end closing cycle to ensure alignment with IFRS and group policies, delivering timely and accurate financial statements.
• Oversee all statutory reporting and external audit lifecycles, acting as a key liaison for headquarters during quarterly audits.
• Direct the finance team in executing core operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Ensure rigorous compliance with GST, withholding tax, corporate tax, secretarial requirements, and gig-worker legislation.
• Lead the development of robust internal controls and financial policies to enhance operational efficiency and integrity.
• Partner with HQ to launch new products and features, integrating group-wide processes into local workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax laws, and internal control processes.
• High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA.
