Assistant Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Marketing Manager in coaching, developing, and motivating the field marketing team
• Assist in planning, managing, and executing field marketing initiatives to generate high-quality sales leads
• Manage the event calendar, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
• Represent exclusive brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
• Act as a brand ambassador for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen products
• Engage with prospective customers through professional, consultative conversations
• Support sales growth by following up on leads and scheduling qualified sales appointments
• Track, analyze, and report event performance to optimize future marketing strategies
• Assist with new market launches and the onboarding of new team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with marketing materials
• Energetic and confident personality for engaging with diverse audiences

• Prior leadership experience
• Previous experience in field marketing
