Assistant Field Hockey Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach with the leadership, organization, administration, and supervision of all aspects of the field hockey program
• Recruit and retain highly qualified student-athletes with a commitment to academic success
• Implement comprehensive strategies for scheduling and organizing practices
• Plan travel, accommodations, and meals to ensure proper preparation for student-athletes
• Support the personal, academic development, and health and welfare of student-athletes
• Assist the College Advancement Division with fundraising efforts and alumni activities
• Coordinate with athletic communications, training, and equipment staffs regarding public relations and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-3 years of successful coaching experience at any level
• Field hockey playing or coaching experience
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
