Assistant Field Hockey Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in organizing, developing, and administering the intercollegiate Field Hockey program
• Ensure program compliance with NCAA Division III, Middle Atlantic Conference, and university regulations
• Participate in the recruitment of qualified student-athletes within university and NCAA guidelines
• Support the overall development and administration of the athletic department's field hockey initiatives

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent related work experience
• Prior experience coaching and/or playing Field Hockey, preferably at the intercollegiate level
• Strong communication skills for interacting with students, recruits, administrators, and alumni
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel as required for the position
