Assistant Field Hockey Coach

Responsibilities

• Assist the field hockey team during practices and competitions
• Provide technical skill instruction to student-athletes
• Execute strategic activities including game scouting and opponent coding
• Perform post-game analytics and administrative tasks as designated by the Head Coach
• Support recruitment efforts and assist with camps and clinics
• Model leadership and positive behaviors for student-athletes
• Adhere to the Head Coach's philosophy and all NCAA, ECAC, and Patriot League rules

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in coaching or participating in field hockey
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid driver's license in accordance with University policy
